General terms of sale and cancellation
"LES 5 SAISONS’’
RESERVATION : All reservations must be confirmed with a deposit of 30% of the total sum of the booking, whether by cheque, credit card or bank transfer.
BALANCE : The balance is payable on site the day of the arrival.
CANCELLATION : Our cancellation terms are as foolows :
- up to 14 days before the arrival date, the deposit is paid back.
- between 14 days and 48 hours before the arrival date : 30 % of the total sum is due.
- from 48 hours to the day of the arrival date : 100 % of the total sum is due.
TERMINATION : Every stay which has been started is entirely due even if broken off.
MEANS OF PAYMENT : We accept cash, bank cheques, credit cards (mastercard, visa, from 15 euros), french holiday vouchers (Change is not given back).
DEPARTURES : We ask our guests to leave their rooms at 10.30 am. For those who would like to make the most of their last day, we have a room to store luggages and you can take a shower in our sauna before leaving.
ARRIVAL : Rooms are available from 2 pm.
