• Tourist day tax: 1 €/day extra for over 18s
• Baby : cot, changing mat, bath, high chair and free bottle warmer on request - sheets and blanket not provided
• Hairdryer, table and iron free and on request
• Furnished rental : an inventory will be made at the beginning and at the end of your stay. The end-of-stay cleaning fee is €25 for a studio and €45 for an apartment.
• SAUNA: 12 €/person/30 min - no more than 4 people at the same time - registration no later than morning
• WIFI : depending on demand (rather low speed...). Patience, the fiber is coming... 4G telephone operator : orange, free, sosh, sfr, bouygues telecom.
• Dogs accepted (under certain conditions, depending on the request and the type of dog): 7 €/day Having a categorized dog is not unacceptable
  Our 4-legged friends must be attached in the common areas and around the establishment. Please do not allow your pet to relieve itself on the establishment's grounds and car park. However, there may be an accident: in this case, please clean up/pick up as soon as possible.

• Studio for 2/3 people: 1 duplex double bed and 1 single bed on the ground floor with a private shower room and toilet.
• Apartment for 4/5 people: 1 double bed and 3 single beds in duplex with a shower room and private toilets
• In each furnished : Refrigerator, electric oven and 4 electric or gas hobs, microwave, filter + piston coffee maker, toaster, soup blender, crockery and kitchen utensils...etc. Bed linen and towels, toilet paper, body/hair soap, dishwashing liquid, sponge and kitchen towels, coffee filters, oil/salt/pepper and. No TV, no dishwasher.
